Terms of Service

By accessing or using the IndianHub platform — including our website (indianhub.org) and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

IndianHub is a marketplace platform that connects Indian-American community members with service providers, businesses, events, and community resources across the United States. We are not a party to transactions between users and providers — we provide the platform that facilitates those connections.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Service providers who create listings on IndianHub agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about their services.
• Hold all licences, certifications, and insurance required by applicable law.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Honour quotes and commitments made through the platform.

IndianHub does not verify provider credentials. Users are encouraged to independently verify qualifications before engaging a provider.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or providers.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, community posts, photos, etc.). By posting content, you grant IndianHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. We prohibit:

• Fake, incentivised, or otherwise inauthentic reviews.
• Reviews that contain personal attacks or discriminatory language.

IndianHub reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INDIANHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIANHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndianHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at indianhubcare@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
